The Goodfella Double Edged Razor is 100% designed, manufactured and built in New Zealand by Kiwishaver Limited. The Goodfella design is based on the highly sought after classic old school razor. The open comb design sets the standard in classic shaves ensuring the head never gets clogged with product and stubble so there is less pressure exerted on your face. The Goodfella is perfectly balanced allowing the weight of the handle to present the blade at the optimum cutting angle to your face. The result is a stress free shave, that is close yet kind to your skin.
The Goodfella has built a global reputation for being a mild, non aggressive razor yet thanks to the open comb design it still delivers a close shave. This make it the razor of choice for guys with sensitive skin.
This is a premium product made in New Zealand from highly durable materials so it will last a lifetime if you look after it. In addition, it will save you money as the double edged blades cost just 30 cents, compare that to the multi blade cartridge razor heads you purchase in the supermarket. Our razor is hand finished and built by our skilled team of Kiwis who are passionate about their trades. The Goodfella weighs in at a hefty 60 grammes, the stainless steel handle is 10mm in diameter and 77mm in length. Each open comb head is checked three times during production to ensure strict quality control so you get the perfect shave every time.
You want to buy the best double edged razor look no further than the unique NZ made Goodfella, it's features include:
Each Goodfella comes with five free double edged razor blades to get you started on your journey to a better shave.
The Australian Telegraph says "The classy, Sean Connery-Bond style of the Goodfella Razor makes it look straight off the silver screen" whilst Luxury Magazine thinks it "makes shaving fun again" and even Tone Magazine "which generally goes for an electronic gadget everytime prefers the feel of blade on bristle than the lawnmower-like grind of an electric shaver". I'm an old guy (47). Started wet shaving about 6 years ago. Just googling one night and came upon some razors, I think.
Loads of experimentation and money later, my answer is 'the goodfella'. If it's for beginners, then this is my mid-life crisis and I've chosen your razor instead of a Porche.
I'm kinda thick. You sent it with Derby Blades. I've tried maybe 20 others. Tried the Derby's then a few weeks ago. Perfect! :)
I'm kinda hung up on this 'all-stainless' thing. Y'know Feather ASD2, Pils and the like (I have neither), but I love/ prefer the weight, size, shape, look and handle of the goodfella. I know all-stainless would change the weight and balance, but ......
Maybe you guys should sell a little travel pouch for the razor, ala the Timor Safety Razor Pouch? Only slimmer, shorter. Or a little case?
I love the 'superiorness' of it too :)
Cheers and continued success. Congrats on great razor!

Smaller than I imagined but very comfortable in the hand. Most of the weight is in the head so it feels different to a modern razor. I haven't cut myself yet and the shave is just a s good as I was getting from $40 worth of cartridges for a fraction of the price.
Did I mention it looks good too? Kinda old school in a really good way

The Goodfella razor is good, the price is good, the service is good. Honestly it is all good. I have bought two - one as a gift - and both times it was a good experience.

I have compared this razor to a couple of vintage razors - a Gillette black handle Super Speed and a Shick Krona. This is by FAR the better -- it's beautifully balanced, accurate, gives great feedback and is gentle on my skin. It also makes my blades go further so i will save on blades in the long run. Worth the money!!

A "little cutie" it certainly is. It makes getting into those awkward spots, under nose and around lips much easier. One minor criticism - the comb edges on it are very thin and can feel a bit scratchy. Overall though, I love it.
